All payments made on WIN Global are for digital services related to real estate marketing and promotion. Once a service has been initiated (such as listing a property, launching an advertisement, or creating content), the payment is considered final and non-refundable.
Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases, such as:
Duplicate payments.
Technical errors resulting in service unavailability.
Unauthorized transactions proven with valid evidence.
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.
WIN Global does not hold or manage customer funds for investment purposes. Therefore, there is no withdrawal process applicable to client payments, as all transactions are service-based and directly related to the marketing services provided.
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or credits for marketing services. These are not cash equivalents and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
WIN Global reserves the right to review and deny any request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our Terms of Service.
